Often when you’re working with founders of a brand, the values and mission are so well understood that it’s difficult not to get swept up in the passion of the project. That was certainly the case with Airsnax, but our task from day one was to harness that passion, build a detailed understanding of the target customer and then develop a plan to engage and connect with them.
The first deliverable was the brand website. We cleaned the slate on the uninspiring one-page catalogue website that Airsnax approached us with and designed and developed an engaging Shopify-driven eCommerce store that truly represents the brand on every conversion-driving, story-telling page. Flexible promotion blocks lead to the cleanest of product pages, and customers also have the option of signing up for easy-to-manage monthly subscriptions for a discounted price. A win-win for the brand and its loyal customers.
We developed a social media strategy that targeted youth culture with lifestyle-led content, built a suite of email marketing automations to welcome new subscribers to the brand and keep them coming back for more, and helped develop the brand across further channels with a print advertising campaign that ran across trade media.
