- Pizza Lovers UK Survey 2024 ‘Win a £100 Amazon Gift Card’ competition (“the Competition”) will officially launch on Survey Monkey at 08:00 hours on Thursday 19th September 2024 and will officially close on Monday 30th September 2024 at 23:59 hours.
- Entry is via the Survey Monkey Link only. No purchase necessary. To be in with a chance of winning the Competition prize, entrants must complete the Survey and the contact details section of the survey. Any comments that are offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful will be automatically disqualified.
- There will be One winner drawn at random from all the entries submitted on Survey Monkey during the Competition period. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple or third-party entries will not be accepted.
- The winner will be contacted via email by 17:00 hours on 11th October 2024 to inform them that they have won the prize.
- The winner will receive 1x £100 Amazon Gift Card. The prize will be sent from Amazon and will arrive on or before 18th October 2024. If any element of the prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
- The prize is not for resale nor is it redeemable in whole or in part for cash and nor is it refundable.
- The Competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over (proof of ID may be necessary), excluding employees of Farrows Limited, their families, agents, or anyone else connected with the company.
- Farrows Limited’s decision is final, binding and represents Farrows Limited’s decision on all matters related to the Pizza Lovers UK 2024 Survey ‘Win A £100 Amazon Gift Card’ Competition on Survey Monkey. No correspondence can be entered into.
- The winner will be contacted in accordance with clauses 4 above and asked to message Farrows Limited direct providing their full name, postal address, email address, contact telephone number. If a winner does not respond with their details within 2 working days, then their prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be drawn at random from the remaining entries.
- Junk filters and IT difficulties may affect email delivery. Farrows Limited accepts no responsibility for this.
- All entries become the property of Farrows Limited. Farrows Limited reserves the right to withdraw this promotion, terminate the promotion or declare void any entry in the event of actual fraud in its sole opinion.

- Details of the winners surname and county will be available for one month after the close of the Competition by writing to Pizza Lovers UK Survey 2024 ‘Win a £100 Amazon Gift Card’ competition, Farrows Limited, 64 King Street, Norwich NR1 1PG. The Winner of the Competition has the right to object to the publication of their surname when contacting Farrows Limited to accept the prize in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions. In such circumstances, only the county of the winner will be available on request. For the avoidance of doubt, Farrows Limited is still obliged to provide the winners full name, county, and details of the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) if requested by the ASA.
- By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to Farrows Limited for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and for any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules. What personal information do we gather from you and how is it collected?
We gather personal information from you such as your first/last name that you provide voluntarily when you enter the Competition. If proof of identity is required, we may also request a copy of your passport or drivers licence. The postal address, email address and telephone number of all winning entrants may also be requested for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and to send out the Competition prize. The personal information of Competition entrants provided to us may also be gathered for any other purpose for which an entrant has consented.

Our Competition is designed and intended for use by people aged 18 and over. You must be 18 in order to take part in the survey and enter the competition.
