Social Media Account Manager

We are seeking an awesome Social Media Account Manager to join our team who can deliver our clients’ social media and content creation to our high-quality standards.

You must have fantastic communication skills. Whether over the phone, in person, or via email, you must be able to articulate technical details clearly and confidently with clients and our internal teams.

You must have experience of running social media accounts in an Agency role (or equivalent), and a proven track record of project delivery.

Ideally, you will have 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts in an agency environment or equivalent in-house role.

We want someone who loves a challenge, has the skills/drive to deliver and most of all is results driven! To be considered for this role, required skills include;

Social Media Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business).
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging posts, graphics, and short videos using tools like Canva or Photoshop, with experience creating and editing short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Copywriting & SEO: Writing captions and posts and optimising content for searchability. Strong command of written and spoken English is essential, with excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite to track and present performance results.
  • Community Management: Engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Scheduling & Planning: Using tools like Meta and Later to plan and automate posts.
  • Excellent skills in planning, monitoring and delivering projects successfully.
  • Ability to communicate positively and clearly with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Efficient and accurate with a good eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work to short deadlines.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, all running on different critical paths.
  • A team player with a great personality who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment.

This role would report to the Client Services Director.
