  • Experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and full funnel strategies.
  • Knowledge of campaign tracking; conversions, leads and performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Looker Studio.
  • Ability to create compelling ad copy and brief paid media creative requirements in collaboration with the wider team.
  • Monitor KPIs, regular reporting on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Budget management and forecasting skills.

Professional Skills:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and positively with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.

This role would report to the Head of Digital.

We offer the following benefits:

  • Hybrid working (2 days in office).
  • A competitive salary.
  • Paid overtime.
  • Bonus scheme.
  • A highly experienced, award-winning team to work with and learn from.
  • The opportunity to work with high-profile national brands.
  • A social, nurturing work environment.
  • Opportunities for training and development.
  • Company shutdown over Christmas.
