We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the planning and execution of our digital projects from brief to delivery, ensuring everything is completed on time, on budget, and to our high-quality standards.
You must have excellent communication skills, be able to articulate technical details to both our development team and our clients. We need someone who is proactive, can spot opportunities to help clients level up their digital presence, and has a proven track record of successful project delivery. Experience with e-commerce projects is an advantage, but not essential.
What You’ll Do
- Manage digital projects from end to end, including website builds, digital marketing campaigns, and content projects.
- Compile clear and concise project briefs and collaborate with our development team to define project scope, requirements, and technical specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all milestones are met and potential risks are identified and mitigated early.
- Assist with quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure a high-quality final product.
- Communicate positively and clearly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Handle project finances with good numeracy skills, including quoting, invoicing, and forecasting accurately.
- Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, each with its own critical path and deadlines.
- Assist with content population when needed.

- Someone who can propose creative solutions and anticipate issues before they arise.
- The ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and shifting project requirements.
- Exceptional Time Management. Expertise in juggling competing priorities and keeping everything on track.
- Data literacy and an ability to interpret analytics reports and propose further actions.
- Familiarity with Project Management Tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello etc..
- A basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience using CMS platforms, such as WordPress.
This role reports to the Head of Digital.
