SEO Specialist

We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join our team, helping to drive organic growth and visibility for our clients across a range of sectors.

You must have fantastic communication skills. Whether discussing technical audits or content strategies, you should be confident in clearly explaining SEO to clients and internal teams alike.

You must have proven experience in developing and delivering SEO strategies that achieve measurable results.

Ideally, you will have 2+ years of experience working in an SEO role within an agency environment or equivalent.

We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, creative thinking and a passion for delivering outstanding SEO projects. To be considered for this role, required skills include:

SEO Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
  • Experience conducting technical SEO audits and producing recommendations.
  • Developing optimisation strategies for on-page SEO.
  • Conducting keyword research and developing strategies for on-page content.
  • Content optimisation, content creation and collaboration with internal and external content teams.
  • An understanding of language tags, hreflang implementation, and international SEO best practice to optimise content for global audiences.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities, and benchmark performance.

Professional Skills:

  • Exceptional English language skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to present SEO findings and strategies clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role would report to the Head of Digital.
